About Our Mystery Boxes

What is a mystery box?

A mystery box is a curated collection of officially licensed merchandise from your chosen fandom(s), packed and sealed so you don’t know exactly what’s inside until you open it. That’s the fun! Every item is authentic, high-quality merch — figures, apparel, accessories, collectibles and more.

Are the items inside genuine licensed merchandise?

Absolutely. Every single item in our boxes is 100% officially licensed, authentic merchandise. We never include counterfeit or unlicensed products. You can buy with complete confidence.

Is the value guaranteed?

Yes. We guarantee that the total retail value of the items in your box will meet or exceed the price you paid. In most cases, the contents are worth significantly more.

Can I find out what’s in my box before it arrives?

No — that would spoil the mystery! What we can tell you is your items will be authentic, within your chosen fandom(s) and worth at least what you paid.

What fandoms do you cover?

We stock 31 fandoms including Stranger Things, Harry Potter, Anime, Disney, Ghostbusters, Naruto, Back to the Future, Minecraft, Gaming, Horror Icons and many more. Check our Fandoms section for the full list.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our fandom categories, select your box, add to cart and checkout. It’s that simple. You can also use our Custom Box Builder to select up to 7 fandoms for a hand-curated box.

Can I choose what goes inside?

Our Custom Box Builder lets you select up to 7 fandoms, your box size, a budget range and preferred characters or themes. Our team then hand-picks items based on your selections. For truly bespoke requests, use the Contact Us tab in the builder.

Can I buy as a gift?

Our boxes make brilliant gifts! In the Custom Box Builder you can add the recipient’s name and a personal gift message. The box will be packed and sealed so the recipient gets the full mystery unboxing experience.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We’ve supplied boxes for gaming events, Comic Cons and corporate gifting. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

£4.99 fixed rate on every order, no matter how many boxes you order. UK mainland only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Custom box builder orders may take 1–2 extra days to pack.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We ship to UK mainland addresses only. We hope to add international shipping in the future — contact us if you’re outside the UK and we’ll see what we can do.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my mystery box?

If there’s a problem with your order — damaged items, missing contents, wrong box sent — we’ll absolutely sort it out. See our Returns Policy for full details. Simply being unhappy with which specific items were included (where the box is otherwise as described) doesn’t qualify for a return, but please contact us and we’ll always try to help.

What if my items arrive damaged?

Take photos straight away and contact us within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Events & Conventions

Do you sell at events?

Yes! We (previously trading as Jimmy’s Drop Shop) have sold at Comic Cons, gaming events and conventions across the UK. Follow us on social media for upcoming event dates.

Can items purchased at events be returned?

Items purchased at events are subject to the same quality guarantees. If something is faulty or damaged, please contact us.
