• You must be a UK resident with a valid UK delivery address
• Our products are sold for personal use only; resale is not permitted without our written consent

3. Mystery Box Terms

Our mystery boxes are curated selections of licensed, authentic merchandise. Please note:

• Specific item disclosure: We do not disclose the exact contents of mystery boxes prior to purchase. Promotional images are illustrative examples of the type of items you may receive, not guarantees of specific products
• Value guarantee: We guarantee that the total retail value of items in each box meets or exceeds the purchase price
• Authenticity guarantee: All items in our boxes are officially licensed, authentic merchandise
• Fandom accuracy: Items will be from your selected fandom(s); however, specific characters or sub-themes within a fandom cannot be guaranteed unless specified in the custom box builder
• Duplicate items: We endeavour to avoid duplicate items but cannot guarantee this, particularly for repeat customers

4. Ordering

When you place an order through our website:

• You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order — this is not acceptance of your order
• A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued
• All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable

5. Pricing

• All prices are as displayed on the website at the time of ordering
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
• Shipping is charged at a fixed rate of £4.99 per order to UK mainland addresses
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing payment or dispatching your order

6. Payment

We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

The custom box builder does not operate as a standalone payment option — orders are added to your cart and paid for through our standard secure checkout. Bespoke orders submitted via our contact form will be invoiced separately.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery details. We ship to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery timescales are estimates and not contractually binding, except where required by law.

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

All third-party intellectual property (including fandom names, characters, logos and trademarks featured on merchandise) belong to their respective owners. We are an authorised retailer of officially licensed products. Our use of fandom imagery in marketing is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement by the intellectual property holders.

• Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to postal strikes, extreme weather or supply chain disruption)

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
